If you'd like to order, fill up the order form of your desired commission type and send it to me (via dA notes or IG/Twitter DMs)

Please Note

  • Please read the Commission Terms of Service

  • Payment is done via paypal

  • Payment must be made in full before I start working on the commission.

  • No refunds once I've started working on the commission

  • Complex designs and extra items/props will cost an additional payment of $3-$15 depending on the complexity

  • Prices are subject to change in the future

  • It will take me around 3-7 weeks to finish one commission (depending on irl sched this may change)

General Rules

  • By ordering a commission, users agree and are expected to follow the TOS .

  • I will have the option to upload a lower res version of all finished pieces to my social media pages (e.g. deviantart, twitter, instagram).

  • Commissions are for personal use only unless the commercial use price has been paid.

  • Payment must be made in full before I start working on the commission.

  • No refunds will be given once I start working on the commission.

  • Once I receive the payment, I'll start working on a sketch of your commission and you can ask for any changes there if you'd like (regarding pose, expressions, outfits, etc.)

  • Once you're satisfied with the sketch, I'll start working on the lineart and colors and send you a note when I finish.

  • Filing a chargeback will result you to be blacklisted and permanently ban you from commissioning me.

  • Failure to comply with the Terms of Service can lead you to be blacklisted/blocked.

Artwork Commission Commercial Use

Commercial use is the usage of the design/artwork that allows you to profit from it. This includes but is not limited to the usage of artwork in streams, video thumbnails, merchandise, and websites/applications with crowdfunding, donations, subscriptions or ad-revenue.
Please see the different types and their prices below.
Commercial Use Prices:
• Type A Streaming/Website Assets Commercial Use:2x price
Sample Commercial Use : Using the artwork in streams or websites/apps with monetization where you can gain ad revenue/donations (e.g. Twitch, Youtube, Patreon, etc.) and as assets (e.g. using the art for your stream schedule, as emotes, etc.)
• Type B Merchandise and Streaming/Website Commercial Use: 3x price
Sample Commercial Use: Using the artwork as merchandise (e.g. prints, clothing, keychains, artbooks, etc.) and also includes the usage mentioned in Type A.

General Rules
• Users are expected to follow the rules stated here and in the respective adoptable post when they purchase/receive a design from me.
• Designs purchased from me only allow the buyer personal-use for the design. The commercial fee must be paid for commercial usage.
• Reselling/Trading/Gifting the design is okay but the resell price must be below or equivalent to the bought price of the adopt and paid commission work.
• I reserve the right to use the official art for my designs for website, portfolios, merchandise, prints, art books, etc.
• I reserve the right to ban/redistribute ownership of my designs for anyone who breaks the Terms of Service.
• Please credit ArtsyAica for the design.
• Failure to comply with the Terms of Service can lead you to be blacklisted/blocked.Payments
• Payments must be made in full before the design files and usage rights are given to the buyer.
• No refunds are allowed in any circumstances.
• Filing a chargeback will result you to be blacklisted and permanently ban you from purchasing designs from mePayment Plans
• Payment plans are allowed for designs over 150 USD.
• The maximum time for payment plans is 3-months for the full payment.
• A minimum of 25% of the design price is required for the upfront payment but 40 USD is the minimum deposit.
• If the payment plan cannot fully be made within the agreed upon time, no money will be refunded.
• Design files and usage rights will only be given when the payment is fully completed.Commercial Use
• This fee is non-refundable.
• Commercial use is the usage of the design/artwork that allows you to profit from it (e.g. usage as vtuber, printing/using design on merchandise, usage as mascot/brand for crowdfunded/ad-supported platforms)
• Both the user and ArtsyAica must first discuss what the specific commercial use the design will be used for and the commercial fee will vary accordingly.
• Commercial fee will vary depending on the type of commercial use and may range from 150%-250% of the original price and will be discussed and agreed upon between the user and ArtsyAica.
• When the ownership of the design is transferred, commercial usage rights will not be transferred and must be repurchased by the new owner.
